JCPenney Portraits by Lifetouch is an all-occasion professional photography studio dedicated to telling stories through pictures. We capture the most important moments of your life: family, maternity, newborn, couples, children, pets, and more. 

There is a $14.99 session fee per subject charge for everyone photographed in your session. Session fees are free for Perks Club members. After your session, we will assist you with ordering and help you select the best collection to meet your photography needs.  Learn more about products & pricing.

1. Find a studio location and schedule your session on jcpportraits.com
2. Upon arrival at our studios, your photographer will conduct a walkthrough to understand your photography needs. They can also assist you in choosing a photography background, studio props, and the best way to feature personal props from home to capture your story. 
3. During your session, your photographer will guide you through a variety of poses and styles, ensuring a personalized experience. A photography session is approximately 45 minutes, with 15 minutes in the camera room. Depending on the session type, you can look forward to receiving 15-20 beautifully captured images. 
4. After your session, you’ll review your images with an associate who will explain our package options.
5. Instantly customize your photography by choosing from various personalized products and hundreds of design options that support single and multiple images. 
6. As a part of the Lifetouch + Shutterfly family, when you purchase a digital album your digital images will be delivered to you by Shutterfly to create personalized photo products.

Log in to your Vagaro account. In the top-right corner, hover over or select your profile, then select Appointments. On the Upcoming tab, select Reschedule to change the date or time of your appt, or select More to cancel your appt. Additionally, you can easily cancel or reschedule your appt via the “View My Appointments” button found in your confirmation and reminder emails.

If you purchased digital images at your last photography session, they will be delivered to your Shutterfly account within 48 hours. Shortly after your session, you will receive an email from JCPenney Portraits that your images are available to claim on Shutterfly.

If you purchased products at your last session, they will typically ship to your address within 14 business days after your visit.

JCPenney Portraits also offers outdoor photography at approved parks across the country. Your photographer will work with the natural surroundings and suggest poses that reflect the best of your grad while embracing the beauty of natural light and the green surroundings.

Photo backgrounds vary by location and size. Our full-sized photo backgrounds are perfect for families or groups.

Our mini backgrounds typically support up to 4 children. Once you arrive at your session, your photographer will recommend a background that compliments your look.

Yes, all of our studios offer pet sessions! Pet photography sessions are scheduled at the end of the day to keep our studios clean and ensure a relaxed experience for all. Please call your local studio to plan your session, or book an outdoor pet session for a natural backdrop.

Yes! We offer an exclusive discount for college students when they present this offer and their student ID at their photography session.

Yes! We offer an assortment of prop options such as stools, newborn wraps, chalkboard signs, and additional seasonal items. Feel free to bring in personal props of your own! Props are a great way to customize your session, giving your photo memories a personal touch. Check out our prop gallery for more inspiration!

Clothing and props must be appropriate and non-offensive to the viewing audience. Clothing and props must not show:

1. Violent words
2. Gore or violent imagery
3. Profanity
4. Hateful messaging or symbols
5. Weapons used as props
