A session fee is $14.99 per person. Upgrade to an extended session for an additional $24.99 to enjoy extra time in front of the camera. Join our Perks Club for $39.99 (two-year membership) and enjoy unlimited free session fees.

Personalized products and digital images are available for purchase after your session. Digital images start at $59.99. Choose from curated product bundles, wall art, and gifts designed to beautifully showcase your Christmas portraits.

We also offer Afterpay so you can enjoy your session today and pay over time in four interest-free payments.

How long does a JCPenney Portraits Christmas photoshoot take?

Our standard sessions last about 45 minutes, including 15 minutes in the camera room.

Upgrade to an extended session to enjoy 30 minutes of camera time for more variety and poses.

What not to wear for Christmas family photos?

For the best Christmas family photos, choose coordinating outfits in solid colors or subtle patterns that complement your holiday backdrop. Solid colors, seasonal tones, and subtle patterns tend to photograph best.

Avoid overly casual clothing such as sweatpants, athletic wear, or loose-fitting t-shirts. Instead, opt for comfortable, well-fitting outfits that reflect your family’s style and help create a polished look for your Christmas photoshoot.

Accessories can add festive charm, but less is often more. Consider simple holiday accents like scarves, bows, or layered textures, and avoid items that may draw attention away from faces, such as large hats, sunglasses, or bulky smartwatches.

How do I access the digital images I purchased?

If you purchased digital images at your photo session, they will be delivered to your Shutterfly account. Shortly after your session, you will receive an email from JCPenney Portraits that your Christmas photos are available to claim online.

If you did not purchase digital images at your photo session or had an outdoor session, your digital album will be available on MyCollection by Lifetouch where you can view your images and shop personalized photo products. If you purchase digital images from MyCollection, they will be delivered to your Shutterfly account.

How soon can I get my JCPenney Portraits products?

Your personalized photo products will typically ship to your address within 14 business days after your visit.
