Our standard sessions last about 45 minutes, including 15 minutes in the camera room.

For toddlers, plan around naps and snacks, and bring a favorite toy or comfort item. Preschoolers often do best when you talk about the session ahead of time and make it sound like a fun adventure. School-age children may enjoy helping choose their outfit and practicing their smile.

If you purchased digital images at your photo session, they will be delivered to your Shutterfly account. Shortly after your session, you will receive an email from JCPenney Portraits that your images are available to claim online.

If you did not purchase digital images at your photo session or had an outdoor session, your digital album will be available on MyCollection by Lifetouch where you can view your images and shop personalized photo products. If you purchase digital images from MyCollection, they will be delivered to your Shutterfly account.

Your personalized photo products will typically ship to your address within 14 business days after your visit.
