How to Get Started with Vagaro

Starting with Vagaro is simple and only takes a few minutes.

• Visit our studio locator page and select your desired studio location.
• Choose the photography service you’d like to book.
• Select a date and time for your personalized photography session.
• Create your Vagaro account. This one-time setup makes future booking even faster and easier. You can also sign in with your Facebook, Google, or Apple account.
• Complete your session details. To help us personalize your experience, we’ll ask you to answer a few questions about your upcoming session.
• Some studios may require a payment card to hold your appointment. You will not be charged at the time of booking. We kindly ask that you reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a possible $25 cancellation fee. Once your appointment is confirmed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your session details.
• Need to reschedule or cancel? Simply log in to your Vagaro account and select Appointments from your profile menu. From the Upcoming tab, choose Reschedule to update your appointment or More to cancel. You can also reschedule or cancel directly through the “View My Appointments” link in your confirmation and reminder emails.
