How much does a JCPenney Portraits pet photoshoot cost?

A session fee is $14.99 per person and per pet. Upgrade to an extended session for an additional $24.99 to enjoy extra time in front of the camera. Join our Perks Club for $39.99 (two-year membership) and enjoy unlimited free session fees.

Personalized products and digital images are available for purchase after your session. Digital images start at $59.99. Choose from curated product bundles, wall art, and gifts designed to beautifully showcase your pet portraits.

We also offer Afterpay so you can enjoy your session today and pay over time in four interest-free payments.

What types of pets are allowed at JCPenney Portraits?

Many of our studios welcome a variety of pets, including dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, reptiles, and more. Service animals are welcome in all JCPenney Portraits studios at any time.

We recommend contacting your local studio before your session to confirm accommodations for your specific pet.

How long do JCPenney Portraits pet photoshoots take?

Our standard sessions last about 45 minutes, including 15 minutes in the camera room.

Upgrade to an extended session to enjoy 30 minutes of camera time for more variety and poses.

How do I access the digital images I purchased?

If you purchased digital images at your photo session, they will be delivered to your Shutterfly account. Shortly after your session, you will receive an email from JCPenney Portraits that your images are available to claim online.

If you did not purchase digital images at your photo session or had an outdoor session, your digital album will be available on MyCollection by Lifetouch where you can view your images and shop personalized photo products. If you purchase digital images from MyCollection, they will be delivered to your Shutterfly account.

How soon can I get my JCPenney Portraits products?

Your personalized photo products will typically ship to your address within 14 business days after your visit.
