Booking a photo session should be as easy and enjoyable as the memories you’re about to capture. JCPenney Portraits is thrilled to introduce our new scheduling platform, Vagaro, designed with our customers in mind.

How to Get Started with Vagaro
Starting with Vagaro is simple and only takes a few minutes.
- Visit Our Studio Locator Page and select your desired studio location.
- Select the Photography Service you will be coming in for.
- Reserve a Date and Time for your personalized photography session.
- Create Your Vagaro Account: This one-time setup is all you need for faster booking next time. You are also able to log in with your Facebook, Google, or Apple account.
- Choose Your Session Details: For a personalized experience, we ask that you fill out a short questionnaire about the session you will be coming in for.
- Enter Payment Card to Hold Your Appt: A payment card is required to hold your appointment. You will not be charged at the time you book. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of $25. After confirming your appointment, you’ll receive an email confirmation with all your booking details.
- To Reschedule or Cancel Your Appt: Log in to your Vagaro account. In the top-right corner, hover over or select your profile, then select Appointments. On the Upcoming tab, select Reschedule to change the date or time of your appt, or select More to cancel your appt. Additionally, you can easily cancel or reschedule your appt via the “View My Appointments” button found in your confirmation and reminder emails.
