If you purchased digital images at your last photography session, they will be delivered to your Shutterfly account. Shortly after your photo session, you will receive an email from JCPenney Portraits that your high-res images are available to claim on Shutterfly, where you can transform your photo memories into cherished keepsakes.
If you did not purchase digital images at your last photography session, your digital album will be available on the Lifetouch Shop for 365 days. There, you can view your images and purchase customized photo products. If you purchase digital images from the Lifetouch Shop, they will be delivered to your Shutterfly account.
