A session fee is $14.99 per person. An additional $24.99 extended session fee applies to groups of 8–12 and newborn sessions. All other sessions can be upgraded to an extended session for extra time in front of the camera. Join our Perks Club for $39.99 (two-year membership) and enjoy unlimited free session fees.

Personalized products and digital images are available for purchase after your session. Digital images start at $59.99. Choose from curated product bundles, wall art, and gifts designed to beautifully showcase your family portraits.

We also offer Afterpay so you can enjoy your session today and pay over time in four interest-free payments.

Our standard sessions last about 45 minutes, including 15 minutes in the camera room.

Upgrade to an extended session to enjoy 30 minutes of camera time for more variety and poses.

Choose solid colors or subtle pattens to keep the focus on your family. Avoid bold logos and overly bright colors.

Opt for well-fitted, higher-quality clothing that reflects your style rather than baggy or overly casual pieces, like sweatpants or loose-fitting t-shirts.

Accessories should enhance your look, not distract. Skip items like hats, sunglasses, and smartwatches so nothing distracts from your photos.

If you purchased digital images at your photo session, they will be delivered to your Shutterfly account. Shortly after your session, you will receive an email from JCPenney Portraits that your images are available to claim online.

If you did not purchase digital images at your photo session or had an outdoor session, your digital album will be available on MyCollection by Lifetouch where you can view your images and shop personalized photo products. If you purchase digital images from MyCollection, they will be delivered to your Shutterfly account.

Your personalized photo products will typically ship to your address within 14 business days after your visit.
